摘　　要：在北京冬奥会期间,《场馆设施手册》(OB)的迭代编制方法发挥了较强的管理意义,为大型复杂项目的成功举办提供了重要的指导依据。文章较为详细地介绍了奥运会举办城市在筹备和举办期间通过编制OB进行赛事运行设计的迭代管理方法,并以北京冬奥会高山滑雪项目为例进行了总结。希望为今后大型复杂赛事的管理提供参考依据。During the 2022 Winter Olympics and Paralympics in Beijing,the iterative compilation technology applied in the Overlay Book(OB)plays a significant role in management,which provides importantguidance for the success in holding large and complex projects.During preparations and execution of the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics and Paralympics,thehost city compiled the OB of operation design by means of iterative management.In this paper,such an iterative management approach was introduced in detail on one hand;and on the other hand,the event of Alpine Skiing was taken for example to summarize this study.It is expected to provide references for management of large and complex events in the future.
