摘　　要：检察机关参与行政争议实质性化解是行政纠纷化解体系不可或缺的组成部分。针对当前实践中存在的法律支撑不足和工作细则不健全的问题,应厘清检察机关参与化解的角色定位,明确案件化解范围,并把控行政争议实质性化解方式,以完善检察机关参与实质性化解行政争议的长效机制。The participation of procuratorial organs in the substantive resolution of administrative disputes is an indispensable part of the administrative dispute resolution system,aiming at the problems of insufficient legal support and imperfect working rules in current practice,we should clarify the role of procuratorial organs in the resolution,clarify the scope of case resolution,and control the substantive resolution of administrative disputes in order to improve the procuratorial organs’participating in the substantive resolution of administrative disputes long-term mechanism.
