摘 要:针对城市片区综合开发项目投标阶段的实际需求,引入无人机倾斜摄影及实景三维建模技术对测区现状进行详细表达,对规划设计图纸进行三维建模,获取虚拟三维场景。论文综合考虑了成本投入与预期效益计算方法,基于网络地理信息系统对项目规划数据、设计数据、实景三维模型数据、虚拟三维场景、项目组成人员信息、计算过程文件等数据进行管理,实现了成本效益的在线协同计算,计算结果满足项目投标阶段需求,也便于各类方案展示及汇报。Aiming at the actual needs of the bidding stage of the urban area comprehensive development project,the paper introduces the UAV tilt photography and real scene 3D modeling technology to express the current situation of the survey area in detail,and carries out 3D modeling on the planning and design drawings to obtain the virtual 3D scene.In this paper,the cost input and expected benefit calculation methods are comprehensively considered.Based on the network geographic information system,the project planning data,design data,real 3D model data,virtual 3D scene,project team member information,calculation process file and other data are managed,and the online collaborative calculation of cost and benefit is realized.The calculation results meet the requirements of the project bidding stage.It also facilitates the display and reporting of various schemes.
