摘　　要：以上海市宝山区顾村镇刘行社区工程设计项目中的BIM技术应用过程为基础,探索BIM技术在正向设计阶段的工作要点和技术难点,寻找BIM正向设计的应用价值点。结果表明:BIM正向设计拥有不可取代的优势,可在建筑设计阶段发挥更大的作用。Based on the application process of BIM technology in the design project of Liuhang Community,Gucun Town,Baoshan District,Shanghai,this paper explores the key points and technical difficulties of BIM technology in the forward design stage,and looks for the application value of BIM forward design.The results show that BIM forward design has rreplaceable advantages and can play a greater role in the architectural design stage.
