摘　　要：研究了公路工程项目投资决策阶段的工程造价控制问题,用于明确投资决策阶段所需采取的工程造价措施。引入某公路工程实例分析投资决策阶段的工程造价控制要点,立足于案例实际情况展开财务经济评价分析,得出案例公路工程项目的经济内部收益率、经济效益费用比、经济净现值、投资回收期、财务内部收益率、财务收益费用比、财务净现值、财务回收期。经综合评价,得出造价方案切实可行的结论。This paper studies the engineering cost control problem in the investment decision-making stage of highway engineering project,which is used to define the engineering cost measures needed in the investment decision-making stage.An example of a highway project is introduced to analyze the key points of project cost control in the investment decision stage.Based on the actual situation of the case,the financial and economic evaluation analysis is carried out,and the economic internal rate of return,economic benefit-cost ratio,economic net present value,investment payback period,financial internal rate of return,financial income-cost ratio,financial net present value and financial payback period of the case highway project are obtained.After comprehensive evaluation,t is concluded that the cost scheme is feasible.
