摘　　要：从建筑施工现场管理工作对甲方代表的要求出发,列举了甲方代表在建筑施工现场管理中的职责,探讨了甲方代表应如何处理工作中的问题,提出甲方代表需要从施工技术、进度管理、采取新的管理方法等角度进行施工现场管理,实现建设效益最大化。Based on the requirements ofthe construction site management to the representatives ofParty A,this paper lists the responsibilities of the representatives ofParty A in the construction site management,discusses how the representatives ofParty A should deal with the problems in the work,and points out that the representatives of Party A should carry out construction site management from the perspectives of construction technology,schedule management,adopting new management methods,etc.,so as to maximize the construction benefits.
