摘　　要：慢性萎缩性胃炎(chronic atrophic gastritis,CAG)病机以“本虚标实”为特点,临床上本虚多指“胃阴虚”,标实为“气滞、湿热”。结合古代医家学说,笔者总结出“甘寒生津”以论治CAG胃阴不足,以期为临床治疗胃阴虚型慢性萎缩性胃炎提供理论依据。The pathogenesis of chronic atrophic gastritis is characterized by"Root Deficiency and Tip Excess".Clinically,Root Deficiency mainly refers to"stomach yi deficiency",while Tip Excess indicates"qi stagnation and damp heat".Combining with the ancient medical doctrines,the author summarized to treat CAG with stomach yin deficiency based on the theory of"Engendering Liquid with Cold and Sweetness",in order to provide a new direction for clinical treatment of this disease.
