耳针沿皮透刺结合排针刺法治疗神经根型颈椎病的随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：目的:分析不同方法在神经根型颈椎病中的应用价值。方法:选取2021年6月至2021年12月100例中山市南区医院收治的神经根型颈椎病患者,采取随机数字表法分组。对照组采取单独排针刺法治疗,观察组则在对照组基础上加入耳针沿皮透刺。比较两组疗效、症状积分变化差异。结果:观察组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗前后头痛症状积分为(2.1±0.6)分和(0.3±0.1)分,治疗前后肩颈痛症状积分为(2.3±0.7)分和(0.4±0.2)分,上肢麻痛症状积分为(2.0±0.5)分和(0.3±0.2)分,对照组治疗前后头痛症状积分为(2.2±0.6)分和(1.2±0.5)分,治疗前后肩颈痛症状积分为(2.2±0.6)分和(1.3±0.6)分,上肢麻痛症状积分为(2.1±0.6)分和(1.4±0.6)分,观察组治疗前后中医症状积分变化高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组治疗前后颈椎活动度变化高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:耳针联合排针治疗神经根型颈椎病有着较好疗效,可明显改善颈椎活动度,有效缓解患者的头痛、肩颈痛及上肢麻痛等症状。Objective:To analyze the application value of different methods in cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods:A total of 100 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy treated in hospital of South District of Zhongshan City from June 2021 to December 2021 were selected and grouped by random-number-table method.The control group was treated with single row acupuncture,while the observation group was treated with auricular acupuncture penetrating through the skin.The differences of curative effect and symptom score changes between the two groups were compared.Results:The total curative effect of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,the headache symptom scores were(2.1±0.6)points and(0.3±0.1)points respectively,the symptom scores of shoulder and neck pain were(2.3±0.7)and(0.4±0.2),and upper limb numbness and pain symptom scores were(2.0±0.5)points and(0.3+0.2)points respectively before and after the treatment.While in the control group,before and after the treatment,the scores of headache symptoms were(2.2±0.6)and(1.2±0.5)points,the scores ofshoulder and neck pain symptoms were(2.2±0.6)and(1.3±0.6)points,and upper limb numbness and pain symptom scores were(2.1±0.6)and(1.4±0.6)points respectively.The changes of TCM symptom score before and after treatment in the observation group were greater than those in the control group(P<0.05).The changes of TCM syndrome score and cervical motion degree in the observation group were greater than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Auricular acupuncture combined with rowacupuncture has a higher curative effect,which can significantly improve the range of motion of cervical spine,so as to relieve the symptoms of headache,shoulder and neck pain and numbness and pain on upper limbs.
