基于“四大筋脉”理论浅析贵州苗医骨科用药及组方规律

摘　　要：近年来,苗药治疗骨科疾病的显著疗效受到广泛关注,成为当下研究的一大热点。苗医“四大筋脉”理论认为筋脉是沟通人体三界和四肢的通道,对人体骨骼系统起着重要作用。因此,本文从苗医基础理论出发,对四大筋脉理论的内涵及现代医学阐释进行梳理。通过《中华本草苗药卷》及《苗药学》等资料检索贵州常见骨科苗药,结合《国家中成药标准汇编骨伤科分册》收集贵州常用苗药成药。探讨苗医治疗骨科疾病的组方规律及单味苗药的基本性质,寻找骨科苗药的用药规律,以期为骨科苗药临床应用提供理论支撑。In recent years,the remarkable efficacy of Miao medicine in the treatment of orthopedic diseases has attracted extensive attention and become a hot spot in current research.According to the theory of"Four Main Sinews and Vessels"in Miao medicine,it is believed that the sinews and vessels are the channels connecting the human body and its limbs,which plays an important role in the human skeletal system.Therefore,based on the basic theory of Miao medicine,this paper combs the connotation of the Four Main Sinews and Vessels and its interpretation in modern medicine.Common orthopedic Miao medicine in Guizhou were searched through the data of"Chinese Materia Medica,Volume of Miao Medicine"and"Miao Pharmacy",and commonly-used proprietary Miao medicine in Guizhou were collected in the combination of the"Division of Orthopedics and Traumatology,National Standard Collection of Chinese Proprietary Medicine",in order to explore the formulation of Miao medicine for orthopedic diseases and the basic properties of the single Miao medicine,and to provide theoretical support for orthopedic Miao medicine.
