摘  要:研究了模具交付后与厂内调试出现差异的问题,主要包括制件成形性异常、型面着色率降低以及制件评估分数降低等。通过将出厂后模具零件型面着色与厂内型面着色情况统一,降低了模具零件型面首次着色研配工作量,使交付后的成形性问题出现率降低至5%以下,型面着色差异平均值控制在10%以内,减少了因出厂前、后差异导致的模具交付延迟,为今后模具交付后的调试工作提供了一定的参考。The problem of differences between die delivery and in-factory debugging were studied,mainly including abnormal formability of parts,reduction of profiles coloring rate,and reduction of part score.By unifying the profiles coloring of the die part in the factory after leaving the facto-ry,the lapping workload of first coloring of the die part profiles was reduced,the occurrence rate of formability problems after delivery was reduced to less than 5%,the average difference of pro-files coloring was controlled within 10%,and the delivery delay caused by large differences before and after leaving the factory was reduced,which provided a certain reference for the debugging work after die delivery in the future.
