摘　　要：介绍了光学测量器械水准仪外壳的压铸模设计,分析了铸件成型的难点,模具设有3个斜导柱滑块抽芯机构和1个液压抽芯机构,型芯与型腔板为镶拼结构,并设计了环形浇口及推杆推出机构。经生产验证:模具运行平稳,生产的铸件质量良好,可为类似铸件的模具设计提供参考。The design of die-casting die of the level shell of the optical measuring instrument was in-troduced,and the difficulty of casting moulding was analyzed.The die was equipped with three core pulling mechanisms with inclined guide pillar slider and one hydraulic core pulling mecha-nism,and the core and cavity plate were insert structure,and the ring gate and ejector pin ejector-ing mechanism were designed.After production verification,the die run smoothly and the quality of the castings produced was good,which could provide reference for the design of similar cast-ings.
