摘　　要：目的探讨雷公藤多苷片联合甲氨蝶呤降低类风湿关节炎(RA)患者亚临床滑膜炎残留,达到临床与影像学双重缓解的应用价值。方法收集2018年1月至2022年2月浙江省人民医院经治疗后达临床缓解的RA患者135例(采用甲氨蝶呤单药治疗74例,联合雷公藤多苷片治疗61例),采用倾向分值匹配法匹配出39对基线资料均衡可比的患者,对比匹配后两组患者的超声7关节滑膜炎评分情况。结果联合用药组超声7关节血流滑膜炎评分、滑膜炎总分和超声滑膜炎残留率均低于单药组(均P<0.05)。结论相比甲氨蝶呤单药治疗,联合雷公藤多苷片能有效降低RA患者临床缓解后超声滑膜炎残留情况,促进患者获得临床和影像学双重缓解。Objective To explore the application of tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside tablets in reducing residual ultrasound synovitis for patients with rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Methods A total of 135 patients with RA who achieved clinical remission after monotherapy with methotrexatea(74 cases)or combined with tripterygium wilfordii(61 cases)in Zhejiang Provincial People's Hospital from January 2018 to February 2022 were enrolled in the study.Propensity score matching was used to match 39 pairs of patients in the two groups.The residual ultrasound synovitis at clinical remission baseline were compared between the two groups after matching.Results The ultrasound 7-joint blood flow synovitis score,total synovitis score and ultrasound synovitis residual rate were lower in the combination group than those in the methotrexate monotherapy group(all P<0.05).Conclusion The drug regimen of methotrexate combined with tripterygium wilfordii polyside tablets can effectively reduce the residual ultrasound synovitis in RA patients when they achieve clinical remission.
