摘  要:目的:建立合成卡西酮类新精神活性物质4-F-3-Me-ɑ-PVP的检测鉴定方法。方法:检材分别用GC-MS、UPLC-QTOF/MS)(溶剂为甲醇)及核磁共振波谱仪(溶剂为氘代甲醇)检测。结果:检材经UPLC-QTOF MS实测的精确质量数[M+H]^(+)为m/z 264.17592,GC-MS检测得到的质谱主要特征离子分别为:m/z 126(基峰)、109、137,经GC-MS和UPLC-QTOF/MS数据分析,得到了匹配度很高的2种同分异构体物质4-F-3-Me-ɑ-PVP和3-F-4-Me-ɑ-PVP,经进一步用NMR对其测定并解析结构,确认了检材为新的合成卡西酮类新精神活性物质4-F-3-Me-ɑ-PVP。结论:本研究建立的多技术联合方法能用于4-F-3-Me-ɑ-PVP的检测鉴定。该方法直观、明确、可靠、实用。Objective:To establish a method for the detection and identification of a new psychoactive substance of synthetic cathinone 4-F-3-Me-ɑ-PVP.Method:The samples were analyzed by GC-MS,UPLC-QTOF MS(solvent was methanol),and nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometry(solvent was deuterated methanol).Result:According to the UPLC-QTOF-MS data,the accurate protonated molecule[M+H]^(+)was m/z 264.17592(C_(16)H_(23)FNO^(+)).The main characteristic ions by GC-MS were:m/z 126(base peak),109,137.By the GC-MS and UPLC-QTOF MS data,the compounds could be one of two isomer substances 4-F-3-Me-ɑ-PVP and 3-F-4-Me-ɑ-PVP.After further structure analysis by NMR,the sample was confirmed as a new psychoactive substance of synthetic cathinone 4-F-3-Me-ɑ-PVP.Conclusion:The multi-technique combined method established in this study can be used for the detection and identification of 4-F-3-Me-ɑ-PVP.The method is intuitive,clear,reliable and practical.
