摘 要:科学有效地评价课程思政教学效果成为当前课程思政教学的重要环节之一。但目前课程思政教学效果评价存在评价对象多聚焦教师侧而非学生侧,评价导向鲜有触及学生行为背后的心智模式改善以及评价内容缺乏知识习得、能力培养与价值塑造三位一体综合性等问题。为了解决这些问题,本研究基于双环学习理论,应用德尔菲法和专家咨询法,统筹“正确的做事”和“做正确的事”两个环节建构了由4个一级指标、12个二级指标和24个三级指标组成的课程思政教学效果评价指标体系,为科学、客观、有效地评价课程思政教学效果提供了标准和依据。Effective evaluation of the ideological teaching effect of courses has become one of the important links in the current ideological construction of courses.However,the current evaluation of the ideological teaching effect of the curriculum is mainly focused on the teacher's side rather than the student's side.The evaluation orientation rarely touches the improvement of the mental model behind the students'behavior.And the evaluation content lacks the comprehensive evaluation indicators including knowledge acquisition,ability enhancement and value shaping.In order to solve these problems,this study is based on the doubleloop learning theory,applies the Delphi method and the expert consultation method,and coordinates the two links of"doing the right thing"and"doing the right thing"to construct a evaluation index system consisting of 4 first-level indicators,12 second-level indicators and 24 three-level indicators.This evaluation index system provides a standard and basis for scientifically,objectively and effectively evaluating the effect of curriculum ideological education.
