摘 要:以地市级城市为主要供区的地区电网在高峰负荷时期存在峰谷差加大、网络弹性不足等典型运行特征。随着电网规模的扩大、复杂程度的增加及电能供需矛盾的凸显,地区电网在负荷预测、电力电量平衡、设备消缺统筹安排、输电断面控制、需求响应控制、有序用电管理等方面均表现出不同程度的问题。结合现有理论研究及地区电网调度运行管理实践,提出了一系列提升高峰负荷时期地区电网优化调度水平的具体方法。Regional power grids with prefecture-level cities as the main supply areas have typical operation characteristics such as increased daily peak-valley difference and insufficient network elasticity during peak load period.With the expansion and complexity of the power grid and the prominent contradiction between supply and demand of electric energy,regional power grid presents different degrees of problems in load prediction,power and energy balance,overall arrangement of equipment shortage elimination,transmission section control,demand response control,orderly power consumption management,etc.Based on the existing theoretical research and the practice of regional power grid dispatching operation management,this paper puts forward a series of concrete methods to improve the optimal scheduling of power grid during the peak load period.
