摘  要:为了探索钛酸锂电池取代铅酸蓄电池作为变电站直流电源系统后备电源的可行性,首先论述了钛酸锂电池的特点,通过与铅酸蓄电池的主要技术参数进行对比,论证了钛酸锂电池的适用性。其次,介绍了某110 kV变电站钛酸锂电池并联直流电源系统的方案,对并联电池智能组件的组成、配置模式和布置方式进行了阐述。最后,为进一步提升锂离子电池的安全性,提出了变电站钛酸锂电池并联直流电源系统的消防方案,给出电池室消防配置建议,重点论述了电池柜内配置的全氟己酮自动灭火系统的组成、布置方式、分级报警策略和联动控制方案。This paper explored the replacement of lead-acid battery by lithium titanate battery as the backup power supply of DC power system in substation.Firstly,the characteristics of lithium titanate battery were discussed.By comparing the main technical parameters of lead-acid battery,the applicability of lithium titanate battery was demonstrated.Secondly,the scheme of parallel DC power system in a 11o kV substation was introduced,and the composition,configuration mode and layout of parallel battery intelligent components were described.Finally,in order to further improve the safety of lithium ion batteries,a fire control scheme for the substation lithium titanate battery in parallel DC power supply system was proposed,and suggestions on the fire control configuration of the battery room were given.The composition,arrangement,hierarchical alarm strategy and coordinated control scheme of the perfluorohexanone automatic fire extinguishing system configured in the battery cabinet were emphatically discussed.
