摘 要:为了解决全自动制样机制样效率低、样品代表性差的问题,推进它的技术进步和在火电厂的应用,分析了实际应用中制样机的延时原因,以及影响制样效率的关键因素。通过质量守恒试验和空载试验,探明了全自动制样机各单元内的积煤、积情况,通过计算备份样、存查样、分析样热值、硫分的重复限定值,分析了样品的代表性和稳定性。设备频繁故障是造成单个样品制样延时的主要原因。积煤积粉全流域存在,一级破碎单元最多,三级破碎单元次之,二级破碎单元最少。备份样和存查样化验指标的高度一致性,说明全自动制样机生成的样品具有良好的代表性。三级破碎单元内的筛上物残留是导致分析样化验结果失真的主要原因,同时也是限制全自动制样机应用的主要因素。In order to solve the problems of low sample efficiency and poor sample representativeness of automatic sample preparation mechanism,the technical progress and application in thermal power plant were promoted.This paper analyzed the reasons for the delay of prototyping in practical use and the key factors that affected the efficiency of prototyping.Through the conservation of mass test and no-load test,the coal and powder accumulation in each unit of the automatic prototype was proved,and the representativeness and stability of the sample were analyzed by calculating the repeated limits of the calorific value and sulfur content of the backup sample,the storage sample and the analysis sample.The frequent failure of equipment was the main reason of single sample preparation delay.Coal and powder accumulation existed in the whole system with the most primary crushing units,the second tertiary crushing units and the least secondary crushing units.The high consistency between the backup sample and the stored sample indicates that the sample generated by the automatic sampling machine had good representativeness.The residue on the screen in the tertiary crushing unit was the main reason leading to the distortion of the analysis sample test results and also the main factor limiting the application of the automatic sampling machine.
