青海与湄公河五国开展国际生态旅游合作的优势与路径探析

摘　　要：生态旅游是青海与湄公河五国在澜湄合作机制下开展旅游合作的鲜亮底色。打造国际生态旅游目的地为青海文旅事业发展标定了全新的目标旨归。青海与湄公河五国共同具有极为丰富而稀缺独特的生态旅游资源,在发展生态旅游方面具有较强的互补优势和比较优势。青海在江河源头、生态环保、生态文化、旅游资源、地理区位等方面具有深度融入澜湄流域生态旅游合作的独特优势。湄公河五国具有丰富独特的生态旅游资源和巨大的开发潜力,且与中国的旅游往来十分密切,发展生态旅游优势显著、前景可期。随着澜湄合作的持续深化,青海与湄公河五国生态旅游合作具有广阔的合作空间和深厚的发展潜力。通过在融入澜湄合作机制、三江源国家公园特许经营、文旅融合发展、数字化赋能旅游、营销宣传等方面的探索优化,青海可以深度融入澜湄区域生态旅游合作,助力打造国际生态旅游目的地。Ecotourism is a bright background for tourism cooperation between Qinghai and the five Mekong countries under the LMC mechanism.Building an international eco-tourism destination has set a new goal for the development of cultural tourism in Qinghai.Qinghai and the five Mekong countries share extremely rich and scarce and unique ecotourism resources,and have strong complementary and comparative advantages in the development of ecotourism.Qinghai has the unique advantage of deeply integrating into the Lancang-Mekong River Basin eco-tourism cooperation in terms of river source,ecological environmental protection,ecological culture,tourism resources and geographical location.The five Mekong countries have rich and unique eco-tourism resources and huge development potential,and have very close tourism exchanges with China,and the development of eco-tourism has significant advantages and promising prospects.With the continuous deepening of the LMC,eco-tourism cooperation between Qinghai and the five Mekong countries has broad cooperation space and profound development potential.Through the exploration and optimization of the Lancang-Mekong Cooperation mechanism,the concession of the Sanjiangyuan National Park,the integrated development of culture and tourism,digitally-enabled tourism,and marketing and publicity,Qinghai can deeply integrate into the Lancang-Mekong regional eco-tourism cooperation and help build an international eco-tourism destination.
