摘 要:文章提出一种基于直觉模糊TOPSIS(优劣解距离法)的混合型多属性评价方法。首先将多属性混合信息数值统一转化为直觉模糊数。其次将AHP(层次分析法)与直觉模糊熵权法结合对混合型多属性评价问题的权重进行计算,运用乘法合成归一法进行组合赋权,保证了属性权重达到主观与客观的统一。直觉模糊集的犹豫度反映了专家的不确定性,进而可能会直接影响评价结果的可信度与准确度,因此引用直觉模糊熵值与属性综合权重来确定专家权重,可靠性更高。运用TOPSIS理论集结评价值对各方案进行排序择优。最后通过实例,验证方法的有效性与实用性。A hybrid multi-attribute evaluation method was proposed in this paper based on intuitionistic fuzzy TOPSIS(distance between good and bad solutions).Firstly,the values of multi attribute mixed information were uniformly transformed into intuitionistic fuzzy numbers.Secondly,AHP(analytic hierarchy process)and entropy-weighted method of intuitionistic fuzzy set were combined to calculate the weight of the mixed multi-attribute evaluation problem,and the multiplicative synthesis normalization method was used for combination weighting to ensure the unity of subjective and objective attribute weights.The hesitation degree of intuitionistic fuzzy sets reflects the uncertainty of experts,which may directly affect the credibility and accuracy of the evaluation results.Therefore,the use of intuitionistic fuzzy entropy and attribute comprehensive weight to determine the weight of experts is more reliable.The TOPSIS theory was used to aggregate the evaluation values and to rank the best schemes.Finally,an example was given to verify the effectiveness and practicability of the method.
