摘　　要：目的 研究昆山市男男同性性行为人群(men who have sex with men,MSM)艾滋病高危行为特征、人类免疫缺陷病毒(human immunodeficiency virus,HIV)同伴检测等情况,为制定和完善艾滋病防控政策提供参考和依据。方法 通过昆山市MSM社区的非政府组织招募调查对象开展专题调查及HIV同伴检测,收集MSM行为特征及HIV感染情况信息。采用χ2检验评估性行为特征的影响因素。结果共招募531名MSM。最近6个月,明确有肛交或口交史的且2名以上男性性伴者占47.39%(200/422),与异性发生过性行为者占70.38%(297/422)。与男性肛交时每次使用安全套者占56.33%(227/403),与异性发生性行为时每次使用安全套者占47.81%(142/297)。MSM人群最近一次通过社会公益小组/志愿者检测者占52.73%(280/531),HIV初筛阳性率为2.64%(14/531)。结论 MSM人群艾滋病高危性行为发生率较高,是艾滋病疫情传播的主要人群,社会公益组织/志愿者是MSM人群艾滋病防控的重要力量。Objective To study the characteristics of HIV high-risk behaviors and human immunodeficiency virus(HIV) peer-testing among men who have sex with men(MSM), so as to provide reference and evidence for formulating and improving AIDS prevention and control policies. Methods Through the MSM community organizations, participants were recruited for a survey and HIV peer-testing to collect information about the sexual behavior characteristics and HIV infection status among MSM in Kunshan. The influencing factors of sexual behavior characteristics were evaluated by χ2 test. Results A total of 531 MSM were included. In the last six months, 47. 39%(200/422) of the MSM had anal or oral sex intercourse with more than two male partners, and 70. 38%(297/422)had sex with women. The proportion of MSM reporting using condom during every anal sex intercourse with men was 56. 33%(227/403), and 47. 81%(142/297)when having sex with women. 52. 73%(280/531)of the MSM received HIV testing last time provided by social groups/volunteers, and the positive rate of HIV initial screening was 2. 64%(14/531). Conclusion MSM population, with a high prevalence of high-risk sexual behaviors of AIDS, is the key population in AIDS transmission. Social organizations/volunteers could be an important force for AIDS prevention and control among MSM.
