新文科背景下图书馆学人才社会需求特征及培养模式研究

摘　　要：文章立足新文科建设的背景,以招聘信息为数据来源,使用社会网络分析方法,对面向图书馆学人才的不同招聘岗位需求差异进行研究,理顺社会招聘中图书馆学人才特征之间的关联关系。结果显示:面向图书馆学专业的社会招聘不仅注重求职者的传统业务能力,还将工作经验、学历层次、个人素质列入考量范围,对数据技能提出了更高要求。进而提出高校图书馆学应在确保自身专业优势的前提下加强技术赋能,注重多元联动,促进交叉共融,以此推动学科创新,构建与时俱进的人才培养体系的建议,为图书馆学人才培养提供参考借鉴。Based on the background of the construction of the new liberal arts,this paper takes the recruitment information as the data source,and uses the social network analysis method to study the differences in the demands of different positions for the recruitment of library science talents,so as to straighten out the characteristic relationship between the demands of library science talents in the social recruitment.The results show that the social recruitment of library science majors not only focuses on the traditional professional ability of the job seekers,but also considers the work experience,educational level,personal quality,and puts forward higher requirements for data skills.Then,this paper puts forward the suggestion that library science in universities should strengthen technology enabling on the premise of ensuring its own professional advantages,pay attention to multiple linkage,and promote cross integration,so as to promote subject innovation and build up a personnel training system that keeps pace with the times,so as to provide reference for library science personnel training.
