摘　　要：“创意老龄化”项目是美国公共图书馆在服务中融入“积极老龄化”理念的成功实践。文章采用文献研究法、网络调查法和案例研究法,从发展历程、项目要素与特点、实施步骤、操作模式、实践案例、实施挑战等方面对美国公共图书馆“创意老龄化”项目进行整体分析,总结项目实践经验并探讨对我国的启示:坚持“积极老龄化”服务理念,支持图书馆员专业化发展,寻求多方力量支持与合作,注重服务标准建设与评价。Creative Aging is a successful practice which integrates the concept of"active aging"into the services of American public libraries.By using literature research,online survey and case study methods,the paper conducts a comprehensive analysis of the Creative Aging in American public libraries from the perspectives of the development history,elements and characteristics,implementation steps,operational mode,practical cases,and implementation challenges,and summarizes the practical experience of the project and explores the inspiration for that of China:adhering to the concept of active aging,supporting professional development of librarians,seeking cooperation from various parties,emphasizing the construction and evaluation of service standards.
