刺络拔罐放血疗法联合六味地黄丸治疗女性肾阴虚型黄褐斑临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察刺络拔罐放血疗法联合六味地黄丸治疗女性肾阴虚型黄褐斑的临床疗效。方法:选取64例女性肾阴虚型黄褐斑患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组各32例。2组均给予铁维生素C口服液、维生素E软胶囊治疗,在此基础上对照组给予六味地黄丸治疗,研究组给予刺络拔罐放血疗法联合六味地黄丸治疗,2组均治疗2个月。比较2组治疗前后血清雌二醇(E_(2))、黄体生成素(LH)水平及皮损积分,比较2组临床疗效,记录不良反应。结果:治疗后,2组血清E_(2)、LH水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),研究组血清E_(2)、LH水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗1个月、2个月,2组皮损积分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),研究组皮损积分均低于同期对照组(P<0.05)。研究组临床疗效总有效率93.75%,高于对照组75.00%(P<0.05)。治疗期间,2组均未出现明显不良反应。结论:刺络拔罐放血疗法联合六味地黄丸治疗女性肾阴虚型黄褐斑临床疗效显著,可有效调节患者的雌激素水平,缓解临床症状,安全性好。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of cupping following collateral bloodletting therapy combined with Liuwei Dihuang Pills for females with chloasma of kidney yin deficiency type.Methods:A total of 64 cases of females with chloasma of kidney yin deficiency type were selected and divided into the control group and the study group according to the random number table method,with 32 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with Iron and Vitamin C Oral Liquid and Vitamin E Soft Capsules,the control group was additionally treated with Liuwei Dihuang Pills,and the study group was additionally treated with cupping following collateral bloodletting therapy based on the treatment of the control group,both groups were treated for 2 months.The levels of estrogen(E_(2))and luteinizing hormone(LH)in serum and the scores of skin lesions before and after treatment,and the clinical effects were compared between the two groups.The adverse reactions in the two groups were recorded.Results:After treatment,the levels of E_(2)and LH in serum in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the levels of E_(2)and LH in serum in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment for 1 and 2 months,the scores of skin lesions in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group at the same period(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 93.75%in the study group,higher than that of 75.00%in the control group(P<0.05).During treatment,there was no obvious adverse reaction in the two groups.Conclusion:Cupping following collateral bloodletting therapy combined with Liuwei Dihuang Pills has a good clinical effect in treating females with chloasma of kidney yin deficiency type,and can regulate the levels of estrogen and relieve clinical symptoms with good safety.
