摘　　要：章门穴可治疗脾胃、肝胆、肠腑、心系疾病,内科急症,儿科疾病,外科疾病。分析总结《针灸大成》中关于章门穴的定位、刺法、灸法及临床应用等方面的内容,可为临床运用章门穴治疗疾病提供参考。Zhangmen point(LR13)can be used to treat the spleen and stomach,liver and gallbladder,intestinal viscera,and heart system diseases,internal emergent cases,pediatric diseases,and surgical diseases.Analyzing and summarizing the positioning,acupuncture,moxibustion,and clinical application of Zhangmen point in Zhen Jiu Da Cheng(The Great Compendium of Acupuncture and Moxibustion),which can provide reference for clinical application of Zhangmen point in treating diseases.
