摘　　要：介绍王付教授辨治抽动障碍的临床经验。王付教授提出“表里为纲,脏腑为目,病症相参”的辨治思路,认为外感、内伤皆可导致抽动障碍。外感者,为正气不足、反复外感所致,主要累及肺系;内伤者,为情志不遂、脏腑功能失调所致,主要责之于心肝,次责脾肾。临证既强调辨证、分型治疗,又重视辨病、辨症相结合。This article introduces the clinical experience of Professor WANG Fu in the differentiation and treatment of tic disorder.Professor WANG Fu proposes a thought of differentiation and treatment of“identification of exogenous attack and internal injury being general principles,differentiation of zang-fu organ affection being detailed outline,and diseases are at the junction of symptoms”.He believes that external contractions and internal damages can both lead to tic disorders.External contractions are caused by insufficient healthy qi and repeated external contractions,mainly involving the lung system.Internal damages are caused by emotional failure and dysfunction of zang-fu organs,whose main responsibility lies with the heart and liver,and secondary responsibility lies with the spleen and kidney.In clinic,it not only emphasizes differentiation and treatment,and classification of treatment,but also emphasizes the combination of the differentiation of diseases and symptoms.
