摘 要:盆腔器官脱垂是由于盆底肌肉和筋膜组织异常造成的盆腔器官下降而引发的器官位置异常及功能障碍,主要发生于中老年妇女,严重影响患者的身心健康。经会阴超声具备实时性、可重复性、安全无创等优点,是评估盆腔脏器脱垂的类型及程度、肛提肌的完整性以及盆底手术后疗效的重要影像学检查方法。三维、四维超声已成为该领域的研究热点。本文现将经会阴三维、四维超声的成像原理及其在盆腔器官脱垂中的应用进展作一综述。Pelvic organ prolapse is a positional and functional abnormality of organs caused by the descent of pelvic organs resulted from the abnormities of pelvic floor muscles and endopelvic fascia,which mainly occurs in middle-aged and old woman and seriously affects their physical and mental health.Transperineal ultrasound is an important imaging method for assessing the type and extent of pelvic organ prolapse,the integrity of levator muscle,and the effect of pelvic floor surgery,with the advantages of being real-time,repeatable,safe,and non-invasive.Three-dimensional and four-dimensional ultrasound has become a hot point in this field.This paper will provide an overview of the imaging principle of transperineal three-dimensional and four-dimensional ultrasound and its application of pelvic organ prolapse.
