摘 要:反铁电材料在场致诱发相变过程可释放与储存大量能量,在储能领域极具应用价值。无铅铌酸银(AgNbO_(3))反铁电陶瓷作为环境友好型储能材料深受关注。在大量已有研究的基础上,本文从结构特性和性能调控的角度出发,重点介绍了以AgNbO_(3)为代表的无铅反铁电陶瓷在介电储能领域的最新进展;从组分调控和工艺优化两个角度总结了现有的储能性能调控手段,归类了储能性能增强的起源机制,并对铌酸银反铁电体陶瓷储能性能的进一步发展进行了展望。相信本文能为未来AgNbO_(3)基反铁电材料储能性能的提高提供新的研究思路。Antiferroelectric materials release and store a large amount of energy during field-induced phase transition,which is of great value in the field of energy storage.Lead-free silver niobate(AgNbO_(3))antiferroelectric ceramics have attracted much attention as environmentally friendly energy storage materials.On the basis of a large number of existing studies,this paper introduces the latest development of lead-free antiferroelectric ceramics represented by AgNbO_(3) in the field of dielectric energy storage from the perspective of structure characteristics and performance control.The existing methods of energy storage performance control are summarized from two perspectives of component control and process optimization,and the origin mechanism of energy storage enhancement is classified.The energy storage performance of silver niobate antiferroelectric ceramics is prospected.It is believed that this paper will provide new ideas for the future research on the improvement of energy storage performance of AgNbO_(3)-based antiferroelectric materials.
