摘 要:利用溶胶-凝胶法以氢氧化铝、羧酸、硅溶胶为原料、结合干法纺丝制备了连续莫来石陶瓷纤维。通过TEM、TG-DSC、FT-IR、XRD、SEM等方法对纺丝溶胶的微观结构、纤维晶型以及纤维表面和内部结构进行了研究,利用流变仪对溶胶的流变性能进行了研究。结果表明:通过溶胶-凝胶法制备的前驱体溶胶可纺性优异,性能稳定;采用干法纺丝得到的连续莫来石凝胶纤维表面光滑、直径均匀;经陶瓷化处理后获得连续莫来石纤维,纤维直径11~13μm,单丝拉伸强度可达1.9GPa,1200℃煅烧后主晶相为莫来石相。Continuous mullite fibers were preprared by the combination of sol-gel method and the dry spinning process.The raw materials used were aluminum hydroxide,carboxylic acids and silica sol.The microstructure,fiber crystal type,fiber surface and internal structure of the precursor sol were studied by TEM,TG-DSC,FT-IR,XRD and SEM.The rheological perfomance of the precursor sol was measured by Mars 40 rheometer.The results show that the precursor sol prepared by the sol-gel method has excellent spinnability and stable performance;the continuous mullite gel fibers prepared by the dry spinning method have smooth surfaces and uniform diameters;after the ceramic sintering process,continuous mullite fibers with diameters 11~13μm and the tensile strenght around 1.9GPa are obtained.After 1200℃treatment,the main crystal phase is mullite phase.
