摘　　要：产学研相结合、产教融合是高等教育服务经济建设和社会发展的有效方式,是提升办学质量的重要手段,同时也为促进资产评估行业可持续发展提供智力支持和人才储备,是双方共赢的合作。本文以河南财政金融学院与北京亚太联华资产评估有限公司产学研相结合为例,介绍双方以河南省资产评估协会为媒介,实施产学研相结合和产教融合的现实做法,分析总结成功经验,并对未来合作领域和方式进行展望,以供其他院校或专业实施产学研合作、产教融合时借鉴。The combination of production,university and research and the integration of production and education is an effective way for higher education to serve economic construction and social development.It is also an important means to improve the quality of running a school.At the same time,it also provides intellectual support and talent reserve for promoting the sustainable development of assets appraisal industry,which is a win-win cooperation between both sides.This paper takes Henan Finance University and Beijing Asia-Pacific Lianhua Asset Appraisal Co.,Ltd.as an example to introduce the practical practice of the combination of industry,university and research and the integration of industry and education with Henan Asset Appraisal Association as the medium,analyzes and summarizes the successful experience,and prospects the future cooperation fields and ways.It can be used as a reference for other colleges or professions to implement production-university-research cooperation and production-education integration.
