摘  要:以透明釉为基础,在透明釉中加入氧化锌制成结晶釉,采用氧化气氛进行烧制实验,观察釉的外观形貌和显微结构,并结合晶体结构,总结出硅锌矿结晶形态与成核和生长的关系。硅锌矿三方晶系、六方柱状晶型的晶胞结构决定了硅锌矿沿c轴方向的生长习性,从而形成由细逐渐变粗的空心管状晶体,结晶与熔融的对立统一使得空心管状晶体外圈形成溶蚀圈,而组成晶核的单体组合与取向决定了空心管的组合与走向,即决定了晶体的最终形态。Based on transparent glaze,zinc oxide was added to the transparent glaze to make crystal glaze,and the firing experiment was carried out by oxidation atmosphere,the appearance morphology and microstructure of the glaze were observed,and the relationship between the crystal morphology and nucleation and growth of silicon-zincite was summarized by combining the crystal structure.The unit cell structure of the trigonal crystal system and hexagonal columnar crystal form of silica-zinc ore determines the growth habit of silicon-zinc ore along the C-axis direction,thereby forming hollow tubular crystals that gradually become thicker,and the opposition unity of crystallization and melting makes the outer ring of hollow tubular crystals form a dissolution circle,and the combination and orientation of the monomers that make up the crystal nucleus determine the combination and direction of hollow tubes,that is,determine the final shape of the crystal.
