摘 要:目的探讨高强度间歇运动联合抗阻运动对2型糖尿病患者糖脂代谢指标及生存质量的影响。方法将135例2型糖尿病患者随机分为实施中强度持续运动(45例)、实施高强度间歇运动(45例)、实施高强度间歇运动联合抗阻运动(45例)。干预12周后,记录比较3组患者空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA_(1c))、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)和血清总胆固醇(TC)水平及生活质量评分状况。结果干预12周后,3组患者FBG、2 h PBG、HbA_(1c)水平均较干预前降低,实施高强度间歇运动2 h PBG、HbA_(1c)水平均低于实施中强度持续运动,实施高强度间歇运动联合抗阻运动FBG、2 h PBG、HbA_(1c)水平均低于实施中强度持续运动、实施高强度间歇运动;实施高强度间歇运动联合抗阻运动LDL和TC水平于实施中强度持续运动、实施高强度间歇运动,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,3组患者生活质量(生理功能维度、心理功能维度)均较干预前明显改善(P<0.05),且实施高强度间歇运动联合抗阻运动患者生活质量(生理功能维度、心理功能维度)均高于实施中强度持续运动、实施高强度间歇运动(P<0.05)。结论高强度间歇运动联合抗阻运动可有效降低2型糖尿病患者糖脂代谢水平,改善患者生活质量。Objective This paper aims to explore the effects of high-intensity intermittent exercise combined with resistance exercise on glycolipid metabolism and quality of life in type 2 diabetic patients.Methods Totally,135 patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into continuous intensity exercise group(45 cases),high intensity intermittent exercise group(45 cases),and high intensity intermittent exercise combined with resistance exercise group(45 cases).After 12 weeks of intervention,the levels of fasting blood glucose(FBG),2-hour postprandial blood glucose(2 h PBG),glycosylated hemoglo⁃bin(HbA_(1c)),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),serum total cholesterol(TC),and quality of life scores of the three groups were recorded and compared.Results After 12 weeks of inter⁃vention,the levels of FBG,2 h PBG and HbA_(1c) in the three groups were lower than those before,the levels of 2 h PBG and HbA_(1c) in those with high intensity intermittent exercise were lower than those with continuous intensity exercise,and the levels of FBG,2 h PBG and HbA_(1c) in those with high intensity intermittent exercise combined with resistance exercise were lower than those with continuous intensity exercise and high intensity intermittent exercise.The levels of LDL and TC in those with high intensity intermittent exercise combined with resistance exercise were higher than those with continuous intensity exercise and high intensity intermittent exercise,with the differences statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the quality of life(physiological function dimension and psychological function dimension)of patients in the 3 groups was improved compared with that before intervention(P<0.05),and the quality of life(physiological function dimension and psychological function dimension)of patients receiving high intensity intermittent exercise combined with resistance exercise were higher than those receivingmedium-intensity continuous exercise and high-intensity intermitt
