北京市朝阳区社区家庭淋浴热水中嗜肺军团菌污染状况调查

摘　　要：目的了解北京市朝阳区社区家庭淋浴热水中嗜肺军团菌污染状况。方法入户采集160份淋浴水和尿样本进行嗜肺军团菌检测,并对检测结果进行分析。结果北京市朝阳区社区家庭淋浴水嗜肺军团菌的阳性率为8.75%(14/160),血清型检出全部为Lp 2-14型。采集水样中嗜肺军团菌菌落数为1.0×10^(3)cfu/L~1.5×10^(4)cfu/L,中位数浓度为2.0×10^(3)cfu/L。本次监测的160份人群尿液样本中共有6份检出嗜肺军团菌尿抗原,检出率为3.75%(6/160)。淋浴热水加热方式不同对嗜肺军团菌及尿抗原检出情况有影响(P<0.05)。热水器使用年限不同影响尿抗原的检出(P<0.05),但对嗜肺军团菌检出无影响(P>0.05)。定期清洗与否对嗜肺军团菌及尿抗原检出情况无影响(P>0.05)。居民对于使用被嗜肺军团菌污染的淋浴水会感染军团菌病的知晓率仅为40%(64/160)。结论社区家庭淋浴热水存在被嗜肺军团菌污染的情况,对使用被污染淋浴水的家庭成员身体有一定健康危害,应加强社区健康宣传,保障居民身体健康。Objective This paper aims to investigate the contamination of Legionella pneumophila(Lp)in hot water from family shower system in Chaoyang district of Beijing.Methods A total of 160 samples of shower water and urine were collected for urine antigen detection of Legionella pneumophila,and the detection results were analyzed.Results The total positive rate of Lp in hot water from family shower was 8.75%(14/160)in Chaoyang District of Beijing.All serotypes of Lp were Lp 2-14.The concentration was from 1.0×10^(3)cfu/L to 1.5×10^(4)cfu/L and the median concentration was 2.0×10^(3)cfu/L.The Lp urinary antigen was detected from 6 of 160 urinary samples(3.75%).The detection of Lp and urine antigen was influenced by different heating methods of shower water(P<0.05).The service life of water heaters affects the detection of urinary antigen(P<0.05),and has no effect on the detection of Lp(P>0.05).Regular cleaning had no effect on the detection of Lp and urine antigen(P>0.05).Only 40%(64/160)of residents were aware that they could be infected with Lp by using shower water contaminated with Lp.Conclusion There is contamination of Legionella pneumophila in hot water of family shower,which has certain health hazards to the family members who use the contaminated shower water.Community health publicity should be strengthened to ensure the health of residents.
