摘　　要：介绍了我国无料钟炉顶设备的发展现状:炉顶设备已经形成系列化发展,其自动控制程度较高,并向串罐和大型化发展。从关键部件结构优化和常用备件长寿化两个方面介绍了炉顶设备的持续改进,重点从核心部件气密箱和炉顶自动化技术的新发展介绍了炉顶设备的技术进步。从而提出了炉顶技术的发展方向:长寿化研究、环保节能技术和智能化技术。This paper introduces the current development of bell-less BF top equipment:equipment has formed a series of development,its automatic control degree is high,and it has developed towards string tanks and large-scale.The continuous improvement of bell-less BF top equipment is introduced from two aspects:the optimization of key components structure and the longevity of common spare parts,and the technical progress of furnace roof equipment is introduced from the new development of core components airtight box and automation technology.Therefore,the development direction of bell-less BF top equipment is put forward:longevity research,environmental protection and energy-saving technology and intelligent technology.
