摘  要:针对SPHC热轧酸洗后表面出现带状的缺陷问题,本文通过能谱分析、电子探针等检测技术开展缺陷位置和无缺陷位置的微观形貌、元素成分等对比分析,对表面缺陷产生原因进行研究。缺陷表面发现显著的Al、Zn、Mg等保护渣成分元素,且在缺陷界面出现明显的Si元素聚集。保护渣卷入及Si元素聚集是造成SPHC热轧带钢表面带状缺陷产生的主要原因。建议后续实际带钢生产过程中严格控制保护渣质量及使用工艺,适当控制硅含量来减少SPHC热轧酸洗板表面带状缺陷发生。本研究工作可为热轧带钢表面缺陷的控制提供理论与工艺技术参考。In this paper,the energy spectral analysis and electron probe detection techniques have been applied to investigate the causes of surface defects by means of comparative analysis on microscopic morphology and elemental composition of defect locations and defect-free locations.It aims to solve the problem of band defects on the surface of SPHC hot rolled pickled steel.Significant Al,Zn,Mg and other protective slag composition elements were found on the defect surface.Obvious Si element aggregation appeared at the defect interface as well.The involvement of protective slag and the Si elements aggregation are the main reasons for the generation of strip defects on the SPHC hot rolled strip surface.It is recommended to strictly control the quality of slag and application methodology in the subsequent actual strip production process.The Si content is required to control appropriately in order to reduce the occurrence of surface banding defects.This work is responsible to provide theoretical and technological references for the control of surface defects during strip production.
