摘　　要：从球团厂的烧结工艺着手,简要介绍了可移动点火器在球团烧结中的应用。详细介绍了可移动点火器的结构以及各部分的功能特征与工作原理。可移动点火器具有移动点火烧结的优点,在连续行走过程中对固定物料进行点火烧结。其独特的结构设计保证点火器在行走过程中获得煤气燃料连续供给,实现了行走过程中对物料点火烧结,由固定烧结工艺改为移动烧结工艺,显著节省烧结厂投资;水封煤气装置实现了煤气管路柔性连接,解决了设备在移动过程中获取煤气的难题,达到了预期设计效果。In this paper,the application of mobile igniter in pellet sintering was briefly introduced from the sintering process of pellet factory.The structure of the portable igniter and the functional characteristics and working principle of each part are introduced in detail.Mobile igniter has the advantage of mobile ignition sintering,in the process of continuous walking on the fixed material ignition sintering.Its unique structure design to ensure that the igniter in the process of walking to obtain gas fuel continuous supply,realize the process of walking to the material ignition sintering process,from fixed sintering process to mobile sintering process,significantly saving sintering plant investment;The water seal gas device realizes the flexible connection of gas pipeline,solves the problem of obtaining gas in the process of moving equipment,and achieves the expected design effect.
