摘  要:富龙西江特大桥为广东省佛山市在建的一座组合斜拉桥,该桥主跨580m。主梁采用钢-UHPC轻型组合梁,由钢箱梁和钢-超高性能混凝土(UHPC)组合桥面板构成。钢-UHPC组合桥面板受到钢箱梁横隔板的支承,作为多跨连续板承担车轮荷载等局部作用。因此,为研究该新型桥面板的受力性能,开展了2个钢-UHPC组合连续板的足尺模型试验。试验结果表明:试件均发生延性的弯曲破坏,中支座变截面处为负弯矩区的危险截面;随着三个塑性铰先后出现在危险截面和两个跨中截面,连续板发生了显著的内力重分布;弯矩重分布呈现出两阶段特征,两试件的重分布系数分别达到27%和44%;正负弯矩区均满足平截面假定,荷载达到峰值时试件全宽进入塑性状态。根据上述试验现象,提出钢-UHPC组合板抗弯承载力的计算公式,其准确性得到了该文和文献试验结果的验证。Fulong Xijiang Bridge,a composite cable-stayed bridge with the span length of 580 m,is under construction in Foshan,Guangdong.The lightweight composite girder composed of the steel box beam and steel-ultra-highperformance concrete(UHPC)composite deck slabs is adopted as the deck system.The steel-UHPC composite deck slabs work as multi-span continuous slabs supported on the transverse diaphragms of the steel beam to sustain the local actions such as wheel load.Thus,full-scale experiments were conducted on two-span steel-UHPC composite continuous deck slabs to explore the mechanical performance.The results showed that the specimens all experienced ductile flexural failure and the location where the section began to change was the critical section.Significant moment redistribution was achieved with the formation of three plastic hinges at the critical section and the two mid-span sections successively.The moment redistribution could be divided into two stages and the redistribution degrees for the two specimens reached 27%and 44%,respectively.The plane section assumption was satisfied in both the sagging and hogging moment regions and the mid-span sections achieved a plastic state along the full width under the peak load.The formulas for calculating the bending capacity of steel-UHPC composite slabs were proposed according to the experimental results,and the accuracy was validated using the test data in this paper and in the literature.
