摘  要:开展现场碾压工艺试验是为水库大坝高质量施工提供科学支撑的重要途径,以此确定达标的碾压施工工艺参数。为此,选取某水库大坝碾压混凝土现场碾压施工工艺开展试验研究。在做好现场碾压试验基本内容和现场碾压试验准备的基础上,现场验证调整室内选定配合比,系统整理现场碾压试验工艺性试验成果,着重分析研究了碾压混凝土拌和工艺参数、碾压遍数参数等有关现场碾压施工参数的达标确定。此外,现场施工过程的模拟,各施工系统协调衔接的磨合,也都由现场生产性试验提供了真实可靠的质量控制措施。可为碾压混凝土大坝现场施工提供科学保障。The experimental study on the field of RCC rolling process of reservoir dam provides scientific support for the high quality construction of reservoir dam.According to the rolling process test to determine the standard rolling process parameters.Therefore,the site rolling construction technology of a reservoir dam is selected to carry out experimental research.On the basis of making the basic contents of field rolling test and the preparation of field rolling test,field verification and adjustment of indoor selected mix ratio,systematic sorting of field rolling test process test results,focusing on the analysis and study of roller concrete mixing process parameters,rolling number parameters and other relevant field rolling construction parameters of the standard determination.In addition,the simulation of the field construction process and the running-in of the coordination and connection of each construction system are also provided with real and reliable quality control measures by the field production test.It can provide scientific guarantee for the field construction of RCC dam.
