摘 要:KAP1是一种定位于异染色质的脚手架蛋白,调控染色质结构凝集或者松弛。作为异染色质相关蛋白,已发现KAP1与DNA损伤修复、转录,甚至液-液相分离(Liquid-liquid phase separation, LLPS)的形成有密切关系。除此之外,KAP1还参与细胞自噬,促进肿瘤细胞增殖。然而,在这些生理过程中KAP1对异染色质结构的调控及具体机制并不清楚。该文以KAP1蛋白结构及其功能为出发点,总结KAP1在细胞代谢中对异染色质结构的调控作用,为相关研究提供参考。KAPI as a scaffold protein was specifically located on heterochromatin that participates on chromatin agglutination or relaxation.As a heterochromatin associated protein,It has been found that KAP1 plays an important role in DNA damagere pairr and it was also closely related to autophagy,tumor cell growth,transcriptional activation and even the occurrence of LLPS(Liquid-liquid phase separation).However,the regulation and mechanism of KAP1 on heterochromatin structure in these physiological processes are not clear.Therefore,this article takes the structure and function of the KAPl protein,as the starting point to summarize the role of KAP1 in the regulation of heterochromatin structure,and provides a reference for research in related field.
