摘　　要：PTTG是一种具有多种生理功能的基因,在各种内分泌相关的肿瘤中高度表达,越来越多的证据表明PTTG在细胞生理和内分泌器官发育中发挥着重要作用。该文对PTTG的结构和功能、生理功能及在细胞衰老中作用机制等最新进展进行综述,为基于衰老相关的疾病和促进健康老龄化提供了有效的治疗策略。PTTG is a gene with multiple physiological functions and is highly expressed in various endocrine related tumors.Increasing evidence indicates that PTTG plays an important role in cell physiology and endocrine organ development.In this review,the structure and function,physiological function and mechanism of PTTG in cell aging are reviewed,which provides an effective treatment strategy for aging-related diseases and promoting healthy aging.
