摘　　要：伴随着全球经济发展新形式下,德国率先推出第四次工业革命—“工业4.0”,作为高科技发展国家战略计划。2015年,国务院正式颁布了《中国制造2025》,并提出智能制造为主攻方向。从改革开放以来,中国已逐步走向成为世界最大的加工厂,当前我国阀门企业数量更是不胜枚举,稳居全球第一。但阀门产业作为传统的制造业,面临着诸多问题。主要介绍阀门产业自身特点,深入智能制造的核心本质,结合国内阀门行业现状,通过数字化设计与制造,探索出一条阀门行业的智能制造之路。开启阀门企业管理新模式,加快企业数字化转型。With the new form of global economic development,Germany took the lead in launching the fourth industrial revolu-tion,“Industry 4.0”,as a national strategic plan for high-tech development.In 2015,the State Council officially promulgated“Made in China 2025”and proposed the main direction of intelligent manufacturing.Since the reform and opening up,China has gradually become the world’s largest processing plant,the current number of valve enterprises in China is numerous,ranking first in the world.But valve industry,as a traditional manufacturing industry,is facing many problems.This paper mainly introduces the characteristics of the valve industry itself,in-depth intelligent manufacturing of the core essence,combined with the current situation of the domestic valve industry,through digital design and manufacturing,to explore a valve industry intelligent manufacturing road.
