摘  要:为解决传统偏光轴位角度测量方法存在主观性强、测量精度低、重复性差、测试点覆盖面有限等技术问题,提出一种标准偏光片集成高精度光敏传感器的检测方案,研究修正值迭代优化的算法,自动构造理想光角函数关系式,基于理想光角函数计算结果与实际采样结果的实时比对,完成每个采样周期的修正值计算。通过不断的迭代计算,收敛得到最佳偏光轴位角度结果。最后,研制发光及伺服传动机构并设计光敏传感方案实时测量透射光的光照强度,实现被测偏光片偏光轴位角度的自动化检测。In order to solve the technical problems such as strong subjectivity,low measurement accuracy,poor repeatability and limited coverage of test points in the traditional polarization axis angle measurement method,a detection scheme of standard polarizer integrated high-precision photosensitive sensor is proposee,the iterative optimization algorithm of correction value is studied,auto-matically constructs the ideal optical angle function relationship,The correction value calculation for each sampling period is comple-ted.Through continuous iterative calculation,the optimal polarization axis angle is obtained by convergence.Finally,the light-emit-ting and servo drive mechanism is developed and the photosensitive sensing scheme is designed to measure the light intensity in real time,so as to realize the automatic detection of the polarization axis angle of the measured polarizer.
