摘 要:同步系统是反映旋转机械运行信息的重要途径,传统的同步系统是典型的集中式检测系统,系统实时性与测量准确性矛盾突出,需自主研制一套满足监测大集群旋转机械的同步系统。以系统研制的技术指标和功能指标为要求,主要介绍了系统功能研发。对系统研制过程中的四项关键技术,进行了详细阐述。对同步系统的功能测试做了介绍,验证了该转速监测系统在监测能力、故障提示等方面完全满足实际应用的需要。Synchronous system is an important way to reflect the operation information of rotating machinery.The traditional syn-chronous system is a typical centralized detection system.The contradiction between the real-time performance of the system and the accuracy of measurement is prominent.It is necessary to independently develop a set of synchronous system to meet the requirements of monitoring large clusters of rotating machinery.This paper mainly introduces the system function research and development based on the technical and functional indicators of the system development.Four key technologies in the process of system development are described in detail.The function test of the synchronous system is introduced,and it is verified that the speed monitoring system can fully meet the needs of practical application in terms of monitoring capability,storage performance,etc.
