摘  要:“双碳”目标驱动下新能源电动汽车迎来了新的发展机遇。为更好地帮助学生认识和理解电动汽车相关技术,基于移相全桥软开关技术设计并研制了一套宽范围输入电压和高变换效率的车载移相全桥(PSFB)DC/DC变换器实验装置。通过控制超前和滞后桥臂的导通相角差实现宽电压输入,通过谐振电感和场效应管的结电容充放电实现变换器开关管的零电压导通和关断,有效降低高频开关损耗,大大提高变换效率,此处通过理论分析设计了变换器的参数,并进行了实验验证。实验结果表明所设计变换器具有效率高、输出电压稳定的特点。该实验设备能够有效支撑新工科背景下电力电子实验教学,提高学生综合应用知识解决工程问题的能力。Driven by the"dual carbon"goal,new energy electric vehicles have ushered in the new development oppo-rtunities.In order to help students to understand better the related technologies of electric vehicles,a set of wide-range input voltage and high-efficiency vehicle-mounted phase-shifted full-bridge(PSFB)DC/DC converter experim-ental device is developed.The wide-range voltage input is realized by controlling the conduction angle difference be-tween the leading and lagging bridge arms,the zero-voltage turn-on and turn-off of the converter switch tube is real-ized by the resonant inductor and the charging and discharging of the junction capacitance of the field-effect transis-tor.This effectively reduced the high-frequency switching loss,and therefor greatly improved the conversion efficiency.The parameters of the converter are designed through theoretical analysis,and the experimental verification is carried out.The experimental results show that the designed converter has the characteristics of high-efficiency and stable out-put voltage.The experimental equipment can effectively support the teaching of"power electronics experiment teach-ing"under the background of new engineering,and improve the ability of students to comprehensively and apply kno-wledge to solve engineering problems.
