摘  要:提出一种基于全桥的单级非隔离升降压逆变器,存在两条连接桥臂中点的链路。其中一条链路放置能量传输电感,另一条链路放置双向开关和负载。首先分析了该升降压逆变器拓扑的由来及电路特征。然后,描述其工作模态并推导其电压增益、器件应力等稳态特性。进一步从效率和可靠性两个角度展开讨论,探寻合适的正弦脉宽调制(SPWM)策略。使用PSIM软件搭建电路模型并给出相关仿真结果。制作一台峰值效率为96.3%、功率为500W的硬件样机并给出部分量测波形。实验表明该升降压逆变器具有效率较高和结构较为简单的特点。A single-stage non-isolated Buck-Boost inverter based on full-bridge is proposed,featuring dual link-path connecting the middle point of each phase leg.There is energy transfer inductor in one link-path,while bidirectional switch and load in the other.Derivation of the Buck-Boost inverter topology and circuit characteristics are analyzed firstly.Then,operation modes are described and steady-state performance including voltage gain,component stress are also deduced.Further discussion of efficiency and reliability properties are carried out in order to seek appropriate si-nusoidal pulse width modulation(SPWM)strategy.Software PSIM is employed to establish circuit model and related si-mulation results are given.Meanwhile,a 500 W hardware prototype with 96.3%peak efficiency is fabricated and part of measurement waveforms are provided.The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed Buck-Boost inverter features relatively high efficiency and relatively simple structure.
