摘 要:针对传统三电平间接矩阵变换器(TLIMC)传输效率低,开关损耗大,成本较高等缺点。此处提出新型T型TLIMC的拓扑结构以及空间矢量调制策略。该变换器拓扑结构是由两个相同的整流器和一个T型三电平逆变器组成。具有较高的电压传输比,其实现成本较低,控制策略也较为简单,相比传统的TLIMC有着更好的可行性,新型TLIMC采用双空间矢量调制策略。整流级采取无零矢量调制,使输入功率因数达到最大。逆变级利用“最近三矢量”原则合成输出电压,计算基本矢量占空比,求得TLIMC的最大电压传输比。通过Matlab/Simulink搭建仿真模型对提出的设计思路进行仿真实验,结果证实了理论分析的正确性。并且搭建样机平台,验证了所提拓扑和调制策略的有效性。Aiming at the disadvantages of traditional three-level indirect matrix converter(TLIMC),such as low transmission efficiency,large switching loss and high cost.The topology and space vector modulation strategy of a novel type TLIMC are proposed.The topology of the converter is composed of two identical rectifiers and a T-type three-level inverter.It has higher voltage transmission ratio,lower implementation cost and simpler control strategy,which is more feasible than traditional TLIMC.The new TLIMC adopts dual space vector modulation strategy.The rectifier stage adopts zero vector modulation to maximize the input power factor.The inverter stage synthesizes the output voltage based on the principle of“the latest three vectors”,calculates the duty cycle of the basic vector,and obtains the maximum voltage transmission ratio of TLIMC.The proposed design idea is simulated by building a simulation model with Matlab/Simulink,and the results confirmed the theoretical analysis.A prototype platform is built to verify the effectiveness of the proposed topology and modulation strategy.
