摘  要:为解决传统DC/DC开关电源在轻负载下的低转换效率问题,这里通过深入研究功率损耗的来源,采用过零检测技术和脉冲宽度调制(PWM)/跳周期调制(PSM)自动切换技术相结合方式。提升了不同负载下的转换效率。一方面通过过零检测技术在电感电流下降到零时及时关断续流管,防止电流倒灌回电源造成能量损耗;另一方面在轻载时采用PSM跳过部分周期减小了工作频率,即减小了开关损耗和驱动损耗,提高了系统的转换效率,解决了DC/DC开关电源在轻载时效率低的问题。基于0.18μmBCD工艺完成了对所提出方法的物理实现与测试验证。测试表明在输入电压为3.7V,输出电压为4.6V时,系统可以实现PWM模式和PSM模式之间平稳切换,并且在电感电流过零时能及时关断续流管。在10~900mA整个全负载电流范围内,最高效率可达97%,最低效率高达92.22%。In order to solve the problem of low conversion efficiency of traditional DC/DC switching power supply under light load,the combination of zero crossing detection technology and pulse width modulation(PWM)/period skip modu-lation(PSM)automatic switching technology through in-depth study of the source of power loss is adopted.The conver-sion efficiency under different loads is improved.On the one hand,through the zero crossing detection technology,when the inductance current drops to zero,the intermittent current tube is turned off in time to prevent the current from flowing back to the power supply and causing energy loss;On the other hand,PSM is used to skip part of the cycle to reduce the working frequency,that is,to reduce the switching loss and drive loss,improve the conversion ef-ficiency of the system,and solve the problem of low efficiency of DC/DC switching power supply at light load.Based on the O.18μm BCD process completes the physical implementation and test verification of the proposed method.The test results show that when the input voltage is 3.7 V and the output voltage is 4.6 V,the system can achieve smooth switching between PWM mode and PSM mode,and can timely turn off the intermitent current tube when the induc-tance current crosses zero.The highest efficiency can reach 97%and the lowest efficiency can reach 92.22%in the full load range of 10~900 mA.
