摘　　要：葛根异黄酮是药食同源天然植物葛根的主要活性成分,包括葛根素、大豆苷元、大豆苷等成分,具有抗氧化、抗炎、抗微生物、降糖降脂等生物学功能。作为一种植物提取物,葛根异黄酮在提高畜禽生长性能和免疫功能、调控脂质代谢、改善肉品质等方面起着积极的作用,本文对葛根异黄酮的主要生物学功能及其在畜禽生产中的应用进行了综述,旨在为开发葛根异黄酮作为畜禽绿色无公害饲料添加剂提供依据。Pueraria isoflavones are the main active ingredients of the medicinal and food homologous natural plant Pueraria lobata,including puerarin,daidzein,daidzin and other ingredients,they have multiple biologi⁃cal functions such as antioxidant,anti⁃inflammatory,antimicrobial,hypoglycemic and hypolipidemic.As a plant extract,Pueraria isoflavones play an active role in improving the growth performance and immune func⁃tion of livestock and poultry,regulating lipid metabolism and improving meat quality.In this paper,the main biological functions of Pueraria isoflavones and their applications in livestock and poultry production are re⁃viewed,aiming to provide a basis for the development of Pueraria isoflavones as green pollution⁃free feed ad⁃ditives for livestock and poultry.
