摘　　要：枸杞属植物在全国分布广泛,资源丰富。研究发现枸杞营养价值高,富含多种活性物质,如枸杞多糖、类胡萝卜素、甜菜碱、酚类、黄酮类物质等,具有抗氧化、抗疲劳、免疫调节、神经保护、降血糖、抗骨质疏松、抗肿瘤等多种生物学活性。本文综述了枸杞的营养成分含量、生物活性物质的功能及其在畜禽饲粮中的应用效果,旨在为枸杞资源化开发提供依据和参考。The Lycium barbarum genus plants are widely distributed and abundant in the country.The study found that Lycium barbarum has high nutritional value,and rich in a variety of active substances,such as Lyci⁃um barbarum polysaccharides,carotenoids,betaine,phenols,flavonoids,etc,which shows a variety of bio⁃logical activities,for instance antioxidant,anti⁃fatigue,immune regulation,neuroprotection,hypoglycemic,anti⁃osteoporosis,anti⁃tumor etc.This paper summarized the nutrient content,the function of bioactive sub⁃stances of Lycium barbarum and their application effect in livestock and poultry diet,and provided scientific basis for the resource utilization of Lycium barbarum.
