摘 要:本试验旨在研究低代谢能饲粮添加天然植物来源的叶绿素和维生素B_(12)对快速型黄羽肉鸡生长性能、肉品质、血常规指标和养分利用率的影响。试验选用720羽22日龄快速型黄羽肉鸡母鸡,按体重一致原则随机分为4个组,每组6个重复,每个重复30只鸡。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,低代谢能Ⅰ组饲喂基础饲粮代谢能降低0.42 MJ/kg的低代谢能Ⅰ饲粮,低代谢能Ⅰ+叶绿素和维生素B_(12)复合物组饲喂在低代谢能Ⅰ饲粮中添加40 mg/kg叶绿素和0.04 mg/kg维生素B_(12)的饲粮,低代谢能Ⅱ+叶绿素和维生素B_(12)复合物组饲喂在基础饲粮代谢能降低0.84 MJ/kg的低代谢能Ⅱ饲粮中添加40 mg/kg叶绿素和0.04 mg/kg维生素B_(12)的饲粮。试验期28 d,分为22~42日龄和43~49日龄2个阶段。试验鸡地面平养,自由采食和饮水。结果表明:1)与对照组相比,低代谢能Ⅰ组黄羽肉鸡22~49日龄平均日增重和50日龄体重显著降低(P<0.05)。与低代谢能Ⅰ组相比,低代谢能Ⅰ+叶绿素和维生素B_(12)复合组22~49日龄平均日增重和50日龄体重显著提高(P<0.05),且与对照组相比差异不显著(P>0.05)。2)与对照组相比,低代谢能Ⅰ组黄羽肉鸡全净膛率显著降低(P<0.05),而低代谢能Ⅰ+叶绿素和维生素B_(12)复合组和低代谢能Ⅱ+叶绿素和维生素B_(12)复合组全净膛率则无显著差异(P>0.05)。与对照组和低代谢能Ⅰ组相比,低代谢能Ⅰ+叶绿素和维生素B_(12)复合组胸肌45 min pH和24 h红度(a*)值显著提高(P<0.05),胸肌滴水损失显著降低(P<0.05)。3)与对照组和低代谢能Ⅰ组相比,低代谢能Ⅰ+叶绿素和维生素B_(12)复合组黄羽肉鸡血液血红蛋白(HGB)含量和红细胞压积(HCT)显著提高(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,低代谢能Ⅰ+叶绿素和维生素B_(12)复合组红细胞平均血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)显著提高(P<0.05)。4)与低代谢能Ⅰ组相比,低代谢能Ⅰ+叶绿素和维生素B_(12)复合组黄羽肉鸡血浆丙二�This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of low metabolizable energy(ME)diet supplemented with natural plant source chlorophyll and vitamin B_(12)(VB_(12))on growth performance,meat quali⁃ty,blood routine indices and nutrient utilization of fast⁃growing type yellow⁃feathered chickens.A total of 720 fast⁃growing type female yellow⁃feathered chickens of 22⁃day⁃old were randomly divided into 4 groups with 6 replicates per group and 30 chickens per replicate according to the same body weight.Chickens in the control group were fed a basal diet,those in low ME groupⅠwere fed the low MEⅠdiet which reduced ME by 0.42 MJ/kg in the basal diet,those in low MEⅠ+chlorophyll and VB_(12) compound group were fed the low MEⅠdiet supplemented with 40 mg/kg chlorophyll and 0.04 mg/kg VB_(12),and those in low MEⅡ+chloro⁃phyll and VB_(12) compound group were fed the low MEⅡdiet supplemented with 40 mg/kg chlorophyll and 0.04 mg/kg VB_(12),which reduced ME by 0.84 MJ/kg in the basal diet,respectively.The experiment lasted for 28 days and was divided into 22 to 42 days of age and 43 to 49 days of age.During the experiment,chickens were raised flat on the ground and fed pellet feed and drank freely.The results showed as follows:1)com⁃pared with the control group,the average daily gain from 22 to 49 days of age and body weight of yellow⁃feathered chickens at 50 days of age in low MEⅠgroup were significantly decreased(P<0.05).Compared with low MEⅠgroup,the average daily gain from 22 to 49 days of age and body weight at 50 days of age in low MEⅠ+chlorophyll and VB_(12) compound group were significantly increased(P<0.05),but there were no significant differences compared with the control group(P>0.05).2)Compared with the control group,the e⁃viscerated yield rate of yellow⁃feathered chickens in low MEⅠgroup was significantly decreased(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the eviscerated yield rate in low MEⅠ+chlorophyll and VB_(12) com⁃pound group and low MEⅡ+chl
