摘  要:本试验旨在研究全脂膨化大豆添加比例对肉鸡颗粒饲料质量、生长性能、屠宰性能、肉品质、养分表观代谢率及血清生化指标的影响。选取1日龄爱拔益加(AA)肉鸡960只,随机分为4组,每组12个重复,每个重复20只鸡。对照组饲喂不添加全脂膨化大豆的颗粒饲料,试验组饲喂分别添加5%、10%和15%全脂膨化大豆的颗粒饲料。饲喂期分为前期(1~21日龄)和后期(22~42日龄)2个阶段。结果显示:1)无论是试验前期还是后期,肉鸡颗粒饲料的硬度和颗粒耐久性(PDI)均随全脂膨化大豆添加比例的提高而降低,但5%和10%组颗粒饲料的质量符合正常颗粒饲料质量要求。2)试验前期,10%和15%组肉鸡的平均日增重显著高于5%组和对照组(P<0.05),同时料重比显著低于对照组和5%组(P<0.05)。试验后期和全期,10%和15%组肉鸡的平均日增重显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。饲粮中添加不同比例的全脂膨化大豆对肉鸡的屠宰性能和肉品质指标均无显著影响(P>0.05)。肉鸡对粗蛋白质的表观代谢率随着全脂膨化大豆添加比例的增加而显著增加(P<0.05);10%和15%组肉鸡的干物质表观代谢率显著高于对照组和5%组(P<0.05)。10%组肉鸡血清中总胆固醇(TC)和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)含量显著低于其他各组(P<0.05);10%组肉鸡血清中甘油三酯(TG)的含量显著低于15%组(P<0.05);5%和10%组肉鸡血清中免疫球蛋白A(IgA)含量显著高于对照组和15%组(P<0.05)。综上所述,饲粮中添加10%的全脂膨化大豆时颗粒饲料的质量符合正常颗粒饲料质量要求,并可提高肉鸡的生长性能、消化性能、脂肪利用率和血清IgA含量。This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of the adding proportion of full⁃fat extruded soybean on the pellet feed quality,growth performance,slaughter performance,meat quality,nutrient appar⁃ent metabolic rates and serum biochemical indexes of broilers.A total of 960 one⁃day⁃old Arbor Acres(AA)broilers were randomly divided into 4 groups with 12 replicates per group and 20 broilers per replicate.Broilers in control group were fed a pellet feed without full⁃fat extruded soybean,and those in experimental groups were fed pellet feeds supplemented with 5%,10%and 15%full⁃fat expanded soybean,respectively.The feeding experiment divided into 2 stages:the early stage(1 to 21 days of age)and the later stage(22 to 42 days of age).The results showed as follows:1)whether the early stage or the later stage,the pellet durability index(PDI)and hardness of the pellet feed were decreased with the increase of full⁃fat extruded soybean adding pro⁃portion,but the quality of pellet feed in the 5%and 10%groups conformed to the quality requirement of nor⁃mal pellet feed.2)At the early stage,the average daily gain(ADG)of broilers in the 10%and 15%groups were significantly higher than those in the 5%group and control group(P<0.05),and the feed to gain ratio was significantly lower than that in the 5%group and control group(P<0.05).At the later stage and the whole stage,the ADG of broilers in the 10%and 15%groups were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Dietary with different adding proportions of full⁃fat extruded soybean had no significant differences in the slaughter performance indexes and meat quality indexes of broilers(P>0.05).The crude protein appar⁃ent metabolic rate of broilers was significantly increased with the increase of full⁃fat extruded soybean adding proportion(P<0.05);the dry matter apparent metabolic rate of broilers in the 10%and 15%groups was sig⁃nificantly higher than that in the control group and 5%group(P<0.05).The contents of total cholesterol(TC)
